Welcome to Salhi Hijab. By purchasing from us or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
Salhi Hijab is a Maldives-based business specializing in the sale of physical hijabs and related accessories.
These Terms apply to all purchases made within the Maldives.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.
2. Products
We sell physical products only.
All product photos are for illustration purposes; colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences.
We aim to ensure product availability, but certain items may sell out. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
3. Ordering & Payment
3.1 Ordering

Your order is confirmed once we acknowledge it via message.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer (details will be provided upon request)
Full payment must be made at the time of delivery or immediately after the order is confirmed via bank transfer.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available within the Maldives only.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, or holidays.
We will inform you of the delivery schedule during order confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Salhi Hijab is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers.
5. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the item, under the following conditions:
✔ Item is unused
✔ Item is in original packaging
✔ Item is in re-sellable condition
✔ You provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that show signs of use, wear, perfume, damage, or washing cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return delivery fees may apply unless the item was sent incorrectly or arrived damaged.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.
Once the item is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future orders.
7. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR).
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
If a price is displayed incorrectly due to error, Salhi Hijab reserves the right to correct it and notify the customer before processing the order.
8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy.
Any personal information (name, address, contact number) collected during orders will only be used for:
Processing your order
Delivery purposes
Customer communication
We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
Salhi Hijab is not responsible for:
Delays caused by courier services or weather
Misuse or improper handling of products
Allergic reactions to materials or fabrics
We ensure quality, but the customer is responsible for proper product care.
10. Changes to Terms
Salhi Hijab may update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
